These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Epsilon. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch; if we cannot honour a price we will cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unavailability of stock or an undeliverable address.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, logos and designs — belongs to Epsilon or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city where Epsilon is registered.
